Paper Flourish Free Digi Stamp Sources List

I've moved all my Free Digi Stamp sources from the Paper Flourish Blog sidebar.

I'll update this post as we go. It is not intended to be comprehensive, but a list of places where I've discovered interesting free digi stamps.

Please Note:
Before you use any digi stamp, it's important to check the rights and policies related to the company and to the particular stamp. Even different stamps at the one company may have different rights. Freebies often have limited rights and stricter conditions of use.

Cautions
Most sources listed also sell digital stamps. Sometimes free digital stamps are only free for a limited time or to a specific group, or are withdrawn.
